TipShield ("the app", "we") is a tip income record-keeping tool. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Information we collect

We do not collect or store your personal information on our servers. TipShield has no account or login.

Data you enter — tip amounts, hours, job tags, notes, your name and occupation for reports — is stored only on your device. It is not transmitted to us and is deleted if you delete the app.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

TipShield is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To show ads, Google and its partners may collect and use certain data, such as device identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction information, in accordance with Google's policies.

TipShield requests non-personalized ads only and does not track you across apps or websites. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking in your device settings at any time.

We do not sell your data. We do not share the information you enter in the app with anyone; it stays on your device. Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob as described above.

Children

TipShield is intended for adults working in tipped occupations and is not directed to children under 13.

Security

Your entered data is stored locally on your device using standard device storage. Please protect your device to protect your data.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted at this page with a new "Last updated" date.
